Semi Truck Accident | Fiery 8-Vehicle Crash Hospitalized 2 in Northern Utah

Two people were sent to the hospital after a fiery multi-vehicle collision. Diesel fuel leaked from a wrecked semi-truck which ignited a fire. The semi truck ran a red traffic light, reportedly, hitting two cars which led to other collisions. The semi truck slammed into a power pole and electric transformer. The truck ended on it’s side in the eastbound lanes and then caught fire. The car pileup ended up with 7 cars. The semi truck driver escaped the vehicle before it caught ablaze. Around 200 to 300 gallons of diesel fuel leaked from the tractor-trailer reported the Logan Fire Department. Also caused by the crash was a local power outage. The Utah Highway Patrol helped to report information about the crash. The crash occurred around 6:30 pm surely causing terrible traffic conditions on State Road 165 in Providence.
